I feel bad! I turned out to be a total wimp about biking in cold weather and barely rode all winter. I never did get used to having cold wind in my face, and every time I went out, I had tears streaming down my face to the point where it was hard to keep my eyes open. I ended up walking instead of biking, except for the month of January when I bought a bus pass.
So… sorry for letting down the team, y’all.
Took the first real bike ride of spring last weekend, down through Westport. It was great to get back in the saddle, even though I spent the next three days grumbling and whining every time I sat down. Evidently it’s going to take a little while to get used to ButtBuster bike’s torture seat again!
